WHO IS SCOTT NORMAN?
 
  • Scott attended Webster University in St. Louis, obtaining a B.A. in Media Communications.
  • Scott’s first job after college was at KYUK-TV in Bethel, Alaska. Bethel is 90 miles from the Bering Sea & is the largest community off of the road & ferry system.
  • Scott moved to Wasilla Alaska in 1998, eventually forming his own private investigation firm.
  • While working as a private investigator, Scott was hired by the USDA to serve as the Food Stamp Compliance Officer for Alaska. From 1999-2001, Scott traveled to over 250 villages in Alaska, crossing the Arctic Circle 20 times per year.
  • In 1999, Scott joined Rotary International and has been active ever since, serving both as club president and club charter president.
  • Scott is proud of his Native American heritage (Eastern Cherokee, Shoshone. & Iroquois). He is also the great grandson of Jim Baker, the friend of mountain man & explorer Jim Bridger.
  • Scott does not drink, smoke, or do drugs, but you’d better have the coffee on!
